In early trading on Wednesday, shares of Dell Technologies topped the list of the day's best performing components of the S&P 500 index, trading up 8.8%. Year to date, Dell Technologies registers a 267.3% gain.
And the worst performing S&P 500 component thus far on the day is Palo Alto Networks, trading down 9.1%. Palo Alto Networks is showing a gain of 78.7% looking at the year to date performance.
Two other components making moves today are Edison International, trading down 6.4%, and Honeywell International, trading up 7.5% on the day.
