XRP Enters Unexpected Territory: A Real Estate Company’s Books

A real estate firm, GroEstate I, LLC, has disclosed XRP activity in an amended Reg A offering statement filed with the SEC. The company’s cash flow statement lists $39,518 in “proceeds from sale of XRP,” an amount it then rotated into USDT. Over the six months ended December 31, 2025, the filing also shows $99,895 in total crypto purchases. The disclosure is a small but important sign that ordinary real estate companies, not just crypto-native firms, are now holding and actively trading digital assets on their books, with XRP among the tokens showing up in the mix.
