Top Altcoins to Buy in November 2026 Amid the Crypto Crash

The crypto market remains under pressure in November, with Bitcoin trading near $75,900 and the total crypto market capitalization hovering around $2.57 trillion. The market has lost approximately 2.5% over the past 24 hours, while the Crypto Fear & Greed Index stands at 25, indicating extreme fear among investors.

Although Bitcoin has recovered slightly after falling below $75,000, uncertainty continues across the altcoin market. Several altcoins are attracting attention as investors look for potential accumulation opportunities during the correction.

5 Best Altcoins to Buy in November 2026

1. Canton Network (CC)

Canton Network is emerging as one of the altcoins to watch following developments in tokenized financial markets.

Crypto analyst Tim Warren identified CC as his top accumulation choice. He revealed that he started buying around 0.11–0.12 and continued accumulating below $0.10. He identified $0.09 as an important support level, citing increased buying activity around that price.

Canton is also attracting attention following plans to introduce tokenized trading of Canton Strategic Holdings (CNTN) shares on its network.

The proposed trading infrastructure is designed to support around-the-clock trading for approved participants, with atomic settlement allowing the asset and payment to transfer together.

The development could increase institutional activity on Canton. However, CC is the network’s native token, while CNTN represents ownership in the company. Holding CC does not provide shareholder rights.

2. NEAR Protocol (NEAR)

NEAR Protocol is another altcoin attracting attention because of its network upgrades and technical setup.

Warren previously identified $3.70 as an accumulation target, with NEAR recently testing $3.63. He is also watching $3.22 as another potential buying level if the correction continues.

The analyst highlighted historical support, a falling price channel, and a daily buy signal as reasons for his outlook.

NEAR’s November developments also strengthen its investment case. Its Core 2.14 upgrade focuses on universal accounts, authentication infrastructure, and quantum-resistant security.

The upgrade introduces on-chain verification for a standardized post-quantum signature scheme. It also changes the distribution of transaction fees by removing a 30% gas reward previously returned to contracts.

3. Chainlink (LINK)

Chainlink is attracting buying interest because of its institutional adoption and role in blockchain infrastructure.

Warren considers LINK below $11 attractive for long-term accumulation. He previously identified $11.17 as a buying target and is monitoring the September lows for a potential double-bottom formation.

If LINK falls below $10, he plans to consider additional accumulation.

Chainlink’s position in the real-world asset (RWA) sector also supports its longer-term investment case. Its infrastructure helps connect blockchain applications with external data and enables tokenized assets to interact with financial systems.

As financial institutions explore tokenization, demand for reliable blockchain infrastructure could become an important growth driver.

4. Zcash (ZEC)

Zcash is gaining attention ahead of its planned NU7 network upgrade, making it one of the notable privacy-focused altcoins in November.

The upgrade, scheduled for November 6, targets a reduction in block production time from 75 seconds to 25 seconds. This would allow the network to produce blocks three times faster and potentially reduce initial transaction confirmation waiting times.

NU7 also introduces changes to the network’s fee mechanism and retires the older Sprout privacy pool. Funds remaining in that pool will become unspendable under the new rules.

The upgrade could improve Zcash’s transaction infrastructure, although exchange deposit times will continue to depend on individual platform confirmation requirements.

5. BNB

BNB is another altcoin to watch as BNB Chain prepares improvements to its payment infrastructure and tokenization capabilities.

The planned November upgrade aims to reserve 5% of block capacity by default for eligible payments. This payment lane is designed to provide reserved transaction capacity during periods of heavy network activity.

The upgrade also introduces CAKE20, a proposed token standard for stablecoins and tokenized real-world assets. Its features include verified participant lists and transfer controls designed to support regulated financial applications.

The mainnet upgrade is targeted for late November, with separate activation and governance requirements for certain features.

If adopted by payment providers and financial applications, these changes could expand BNB Chain’s use beyond conventional crypto transactions.

Other Altcoins to Watch: ONDO, TAO and Stellar

Apart from the five cryptocurrencies above, three other projects have attracted attention from analysts because of their sector exposure and upcoming developments.

Ondo Finance (ONDO): Warren identified $0.38 as an important accumulation level. Its exposure to tokenized real-world assets and institutional partnerships makes it a notable RWA project. However, future token unlocks could increase circulating supply and create selling pressure.

Bittensor (TAO): TAO has declined approximately 38% from its September highs. Warren is monitoring $213 as a major support level. Its exposure to decentralized AI infrastructure, alongside a potential double-bottom formation, supports the analyst’s interest.

Stellar (XLM): Stellar’s planned Bell upgrade includes smart contract improvements and support for verifying a type of post-quantum signature. The November validator milestones could provide further insight into the network’s development and adoption.

Is November 2026 a Good Time to Buy Altcoins?

The recent market correction has created potential accumulation opportunities, but it does not confirm that the crypto market has reached its bottom.

Bitcoin’s ability to reclaim and hold the $76,000 resistance level remains important for short-term market sentiment. A sustained breakout could open the way toward $78,000, while a breakdown below $75,000 could expose the $73,200 area, near the 200-day moving average.

Warren remains cautious about calling a market bottom and prefers dollar-cost averaging into selected cryptocurrencies rather than investing all at once.

For altcoin investors, the key factors to monitor in November include Bitcoin’s support levels, network upgrade execution, institutional adoption, token supply changes, and actual growth in blockchain activity.
