(RTTNews) - Carlsmed Inc. (CARL), a medical technology company, announced the promotion of Jeff Bertolini to Chief Operating Officer, effective immediately, from his role as Senior Vice President, Operational Excellence.
Carlsmed develops AI-enabled personalised spine surgery solutions.
Jeff joined Carlsmed in September 2024 and most recently served as Senior Vice President, Operational Excellence, after serving as Vice President of Advanced Manufacturing Technologies.
Before joining Carlsmed, Jeff held senior leadership roles in operations and technology at SI-BONE, NuVasive, and US Surgical.
"We look forward to his leadership to further expand our capabilities to rapidly scale our highly differentiated personalised surgery business," said Mike Cordonnier, Chairman and CEO.
CARL has traded between $8.50 and $17.23 over the last year. The stock closed Tuesday's trade at $15.23, down 2.37%.
